Shipping Policy — My Charms

At My Charms, we want your shopping experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery. Please read our Shipping Policy below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and related information.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes between 8 and 12 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that this is an estimated delivery window. Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays — may extend delivery times slightly beyond this estimate.

3. Shipping Rates

4. Order Tracking

For international shipments, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. My Charms is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. My Charms is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contactmycharms1@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.

8. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
