Return & Refund Policy — My Charms Store

 

Thank you for shopping at My Charms. We want you to love your jewelry, and we're committed to making sure your experience with us is a positive one. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Please note that My Charms works with international suppliers, and orders may take between 8 and 12 days to arrive, depending on your location and customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped. After this period, or once the order has been dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contactmycharms1@gmail.com with your order number.

3. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us at contactmycharms1@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or item not as described), My Charms will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactmycharms1@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s) received

We will review your claim and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene regulations)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees (if originally charged) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error as described in Section 3.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please request a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund shows up.
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [contactmycharms1@gmail.com.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. My Charms is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
